Frankincense Full Moon Soap

And to go with my Frankincense Face Cream is the Frankincense December Full Moon soap.
Full Moon Over Westfarm soaps have been infused in the energy of the Winter Solstice and the full Cold Moon or Long Night's Moon on Dec 25, 2015. Essential Oil of Frankincense holds some of the wisdom of the ages assisting in keeping the heart pure and full of understanding. It is a protective oil that releases powerful vibrations and wards off negative energies and bad intensions. It is great for purification.

Frankincense oil's balsamic nature heals wounds. The anti-inflammatory properties treat scar tissue and nourish dry and aging skin. For extra skin protection use my Frankincense Face Cream after washing with this soap.

These soaps are packaged in midnight blue organza bags.

Bar is about 5 oz. Quantities of each scent are very limited.
As always we only use theraputic grade essential oils and fresh goats' milk, but NO petroleum products to dry your skin.

I have specially formulated a face cream containing Frankincense, Sea Buckthorn and Rose essential oils. It is creamy without being heavy so it can be used morning and night. Just what you need to protect your skin from winter wind and cold.

Frankincense has a balsamic nature that heals wounds. The anti-inflammatory properties treat scar tissue and nourish dry and aging skin.
Sea Buckthorn is a premier essential oil for skin health. It contains carotenoids that encourage skin cell proliferation, has UV ray protection, and supports skin healing from burns, acne, and other inflammation.
Rose oil is an excellent treatment for all skin types.

Packaged in a 2 oz white jars, this luscious, thick cream contains goat's milk.

September Full Moon

The Full Moon soaps from last nights full supermoon and eclipse are ready!

Full Moon Over Westfarm soaps infused in the moonlight on the Autumnal Equinox and during the full Harvest Moon/lunar eclipse on September 27, 2015. Palo Santo Oil or “Holy Wood” is a very spiritual essential oil related to frankincense, I was used by the Incas to purify and cleanse the spirit from negative energies. It has spiritual properties of centering and grounding. Palo Santo is beneficial for the skin with healing, cleansing and anti-aging formulas.

August Full Moon soap

The August Full Moon soap is Lavender Basil. And now we have a goat's milk lotion to go with it. The lotion was also infused with full moon energy on August 29.

Full Moon Over Westfarm soaps have been infused with energy from Fluorite crystals and the full moon’s light on August 29, 2015. This moon is the Grain Moon or Barley Moon. Lavender essential oil is a wonderful scent for wiping away mental clouds and moving towards clarity of thought, allowing us to discern the dusk of a matter - the shades of gray. Basil essential oil balances and harmonizes a person, allowing the light of the spirit to illuminate the soul. It awakens, cheers, and uplifts the spirit. Fluorite is a stone used to enhance mental clarity and reduce instability and disorder. This brings a wiser, more balanced view of life and improves decision making, These traits enable one to manifest ideas and bring plans to fruition.

New Products

Available after Labor Day weekend will be goat's milk lotion. This lotion will be in a variety of fragrances to pair with the soap.  Full Moon infused lotion will go with the full moon soap of each month.

Blue Moon in July

July has two full moons. The second one is on July 31.

For this Blue Moon, Full Moon Over Westfarm soaps will be infused with the energy of the full moon’s light on July 31, 2015. This somewhat rare Blue Moon, which happens every 30 months or so is the perfect moon to pair with rare fragonia oil from Australia. The unique molecular balance gives Fragonia its power of harmonization and rebalancing, and helps to release many old blockages from an emotional perspective and is especially good for helping one attain a balanced emotional state. 

You can choose from either the Kissing Moons or "Life is Good" sunflower.

First full moon in July

Full Moon Over Westfarm soaps have been infused with rose quartz crystals in energy of the full moon’s light on July 1, 2015. This moon is the Rose Moon or Thunder Moon depending on which culture you ask. Rose essential oil gives emotional comfort and protects you from the storm (perfect for the Thunder moon) This full moon may bring about a feeling of being overwhelmed by all that is not “right” in your life and therefore a good time to take a break from it all to do something for yourself that is nurturing, loving and peaceful.

I was a bit late getting these soaps made, but I did get them done in time for the full moon on July 1. However they will not be ready until July 10th as they need to cure a bit more. This month the soaps are the moon orb and wood sprites (soap is not blue).

Full Moon Names

Some months I have a couple of different full moon names to go with my soap. I generally use the Celtic names, however occasionally I will use a Native American name or one from another culture.

 

"Each full moon represents the universe in brilliant glory, wholeness or completeness. A wonderful time to work on your own personal spiritual lessons, growth and enlightenment. But as with each phase of the moon, each cycle of the full moon also contains it's own special energy. Aligning your intentions with these energies can also enhance your spiritual work.

Ages ago, cultures around the world kept track of the seasons by giving distinctive names to each recurring full moon. Their names were applied to the entire month in which each occurred. Today we have the advantage of aligning our energies with the cultures we're drawn to, or to the perspective our tradition follows. So if you're of a European tradition, or Norse or Native American tradition; you can pick and choose the name set that you feel most connected to."

Midsummer soaps

Soaps for the summer solstice! These are available later in June.

Full Moon Over Westfarm soaps infused with crystals in the light of the Sun and Moon on the Summer Solstice of June 21, 2015. This Celtic holiday of Midsummer is under the influence of the Mead (Honey) Moon. Celebrate the longest day of the year with these sun-shaped soaps filled with ritually chosen yellow-gold essential oils. Lemon is good for clarifying but in a very daytime, high-noon way, throwing the matter into great contrast. Traditionally, yarrow was harvested on Midsummer's day for magical use in divination. It also helps rid the body of toxins. Chamomile is associated with the Sun and the element of water. It helps cleanse and invigorate the throat chakra.

June Full Moon Soaps

Full Moon Over Westfarm soaps have been infused with crystals and the energy of the full moon’s light on June 2, 2015. Botanicals ruled by Mars is the choice for this moon. This is the moon involving physical strength and courage. Black Pepper (Planet Mars & Fire element) is a strengthening scent, lending courage and warrior alertness. Ginger is a wonderfully warm Mars scent that is great for use in love/sex magick, defensive spells, protection from nightmares and from ghosts that bring illness. The high-energy scent of Oranges is said to communicate the joy of angels to human beings. Vetiver is an elemental Earth fragrance that helps calm dreams and soothe sleep, thus is good where nightmares have been a problem.

May is Faerie Month

May is Faerie Month! Legend has it that the faeries return from their winterlands on Beltane (May eve). So the Full Moon soaps this month are faerie wings, Tulip Faerie, and the kissing moon soaps available after they have infused in the full moon on May 3! Crystals are laid on the soaps during the full moon infusion, which adds the energy from them as well. This month's crystal infusions are rose quartz, rhodocrosite and a Faerie Cross (staurolite).

The Tulip Faerie is connected to Venus, thus the use of Rose Geranium oil is useful as part of a regimen for cleansing the aura. In the language of flowers, this magick herb stands for happiness, and indeed, this scent is very cheerful. We have invited the faeries to be a part of the soaps this month. Soaps are in the shape of faerie wings, a Tulip faerie and kissing moons.
